Bradford family: Police 'complicit in radicalising sisters

A muslamic women told the police to get her brother to come back as she believed that he was going to go fight in Syria  this was just the first step. The family from Bradford belivied that the police was being oppressively survalenced which the police has obvious denied by the police. But after getting there mp and even a lawyer to be less easy going on radicalism as now a whole family have gone over to Syria and they have now gone missing.

My opinion: this story is very strange but the main reason that I choose to do this story is because this is another person willing to travel to Syria to fight in a war that is being constantly properganderised and as 24/7 news coverage and our action to this have been very lack luster and our attitude to racism have been shocking and we are surprised people argue back when we do provoke them

its not everyday that you get a chance to fight for your country and with the current fight against ISIS forces 1 more has joined the fray. Macer Gifford a EX-public school boy joined the Kurds to fight against ISIS and the worst thing is that he has filmed it all. he took his go-pro and a gun and a week army training to go fight (GREAT DECISION) he has taken many pictures and filmed himself during patrols. the video themselves have a vlog style to it and it is clear that this guy has no idea what he is doing or why he is there. while watching the videos i am expecting him to say subscribe for more ISIS content, ill see you next time like a vlog also most pictures see him using and holding guns while smiling this send a positive message of war back to kids all around the war making them want to go out and fight since it looks like the video games and that is probably the worse crime than going to fight a war.

sports fans are up in arms about the ESPN one of the biggest sports broadcasting programs on TV showing the competion 'Heroes of the dorm' and the game hero of the storm a game developed and funded by blizzard who are know for games such as world of Warcraft. people don't have a problem with people playing it but it being compared to football basketball and rugby and so on this is what people are upset about so the real question shouldn't be why is being shown but are E-sports even sports. well in my opinion they are and they arent. they arnt in the sense that not in a million years will a E-Sport pro be able to be as fast and strong as a athlete like the football stars of today but that is the same in reverse but the real thing that matters facts and figures.

for this example i will be doing viewers of the football world cup in Brazil and league of legends the leader of in the e sports scene.

people watch sports or TV in general for the entertainment and with everyone although constantly being categorised and branded and re-branded time and time again people enjoy different things so people will enjoy it for different reasons and for some the thought of sport isn't appealing but other things will appeal to them so in the end its down to preference.

Pre-production
My Pre-production consisted of watching shows of similar genres and paying attention to what people watch online such as arrow or flash and what channels they are on. I also looked at different programs and topics I am I know a lot about in the case of my project that would be Greek mythology. I then started to develop my characters by giving them personalities and by basing this idea off Greek gods I can base it off the personalities and attributes of the god's.

Production
during the production i worked by myself this then aloud me to work they way i thought was best and the ideas i wanted to do, which ended up being a poster and a pencil case. with the poster i originally had the idea of having it with out the pictures of the gods above them but i then this would be confusing to people as there would be kids just in front of a mountain but with godly figures above them allows for the power relationship and where the kids stand in comparison to their parents. while with the pencil case I used I the design is supposed to reflect each of the characters and there gods such as the first one is athena the goddess of tactics and that is why on the pencil case there is the books to symbolise intelligence. even though i did enjoy making these's products I did need help from other students when trying to use's photoshop as it was a complicated program.

At the start of this report we discussed what teen genre we would like to do and the class talked about the horror genre mainly so we decided on that. we were told to watch at least 3 things that would help us with our T.V. programe, I ended up watching the second percy jackson film'sea of monsters', my baby sitter is a vampire and i read up on some greek mythology such as the minotaur and the different gods. My findings of watching and reading is that there are some conventions that i can follow such as the bully is a strong female in a physical sense as well as the older the character the wiser they are. also with some of the stories from greek mythos and the film and show is that they are a rising hero story or a more than meets the eye with someone that looks weak is actually strong in different ways.

Following the most recent earthquakes in Nepal Mount everest has had a avalanche kill 17 people and 60 more reported to be injured. The Nepal earthquakes have claimed at least 3,218 people so far.

this is just some of the affects of the an earthquake and this is just one of the many dangers and means that Nepal will need aid in the coming months but as much as this is a tragic event politician will focus on it and make it an emotional point and help them with there party
